The NYPD PBA is fighting to improve pension benefits for Tier 3 members, and we need your support!

Legislation Bill S.2710/A.3968 aims to increase the 20-year service retirement benefit from 42% to 50%—ensuring fair retirement for those who serve and protect. Currently, Tier 3 members must work 22 years to receive the full 50%. This bill will change that, benefiting all ranks, from officer to chief.
