Happy Easter and Happy Transgender Day of Visibility

Dear Members and Friends,

I hope all who celebrate are enjoying a beautiful Easter Sunday, and that all of us are taking this Transgender Day of Visibility as a chance to promote peace, love, happiness and immense joy.

As a Catholic, my upbringing and education always taught me that to know love is to know God. My faith holds that Jesus spent his time ministering to those treated by society as on its outskirts. The Catholic faith demands that we love all, no matter differences.

My sincerest hope is that you take today to share your love with one another. To our transgender family at GOAL and beyond, know that you are seen, loved, and supported. To our Christian members, Happy Easter, may you know and share God’s love today and always.
