GOAL NY Election Ballot ✔️

Dear members,

Election ballots have been mailed out. In your envelope you will receive a ballot, a small ballot security envelope and a pre addressed return envelope.

Once you complete the ballot please place it into the ballot security envelope and seal it (please do not write on this envelope). Once you have sealed the ballot envelope place it into the pre addressed return envelope.

Please be sure to put your name, address and signature on the return envelope, along with a stamp before sending it out.
